Cover extends to damage by perils as described in the Fire section, to buildings, outbuildings, landlords fixtures and fittings, walls (excluding retaining walls), gates, driveways etc, including loss of rent and legal liability. Theft of building fixtures (e.g. gate motors) following forcible entry is also covered.
